Your mission

As HR Manager, you play a key role in the further professionalization of HR within cosine, a growing, knowledge-intensive and internationally operating high-tech organization. You ensure that HR processes, leadership and company culture evolve in line with cosine’s growth. Together with the team you turn cosine from a Dutch to a European enterprise.

You translate the existing organizational and HR strategy into concrete HR processes, projects and day-to-day practices. Together with the HR Officer, you form a strong, hands-on team that is both strategically and operationally responsible for all HR-related topics. Your focus areas include the further development of Personio (HR software platform), leadership development, team culture, and international growth.

For this role, cosine is looking for an experienced HR professional who combines vision with pragmatism and enjoys building and shaping HR within an innovative and dynamic environment.

Your profile

Your Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and (digitally) improve the full HR cycle.
Lead the recruitment and onboarding of (international) employees.
Optimize HR processes and administration within Personio.
Develop leadership and learning & development programs.
Advise management on organizational development and employment conditions.
Monitor performance, time tracking, and reporting processes.
Maintain contact with external partners (accountant, insurer, legal advisor).

Your Profile

At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR role within an international or innovative environment.
Experience with HR systems (preferably Personio) and data-driven reporting.
Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and social security, some knowledge of German and Italian labor law is a nice to have
Strong communication skills – you easily connect with both employees and management.
A combination of vision, structure and a hands-on mentality.
Excellent command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
